Thank you for shopping at The Zoomie Zone! We want your pup's new gear to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- United States: Flat rate of $8.00 on orders under $35. Free standard shipping on all orders of $35 or more.
- International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination country.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 7–14 business days after processing, depending on your location.
- International: 10–20 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs processing.
These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or high demand.
Multiple Items, Multiple Packages
Because our products are sourced from a few different fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. If you order more than one item, don't worry if they don't all show up at once — each will have its own tracking number.
Digital Downloads
Digital products (printable guides and planners) are not shipped. You'll receive a download link by email right after your purchase is complete — no waiting required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please reach out to us.
